-Meister Eckhart

Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

About Erin Ingram

I grew up right here in the Hill Country, and it means a lot to now serve the same community that raised me. I understand how tough it can be to carry life’s struggles alone, especially in a place where resources can feel limited and the pressure to “stay strong” runs deep. My heart for counseling comes from that experience—I believe our hardest moments can also become turning points. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and equipped to move forward with strength, purpose, and hope.

What our clients have to say

Shared with written permission; individual results vary.

My husband has been working with Erin for the past year after experiencing severe trauma and anxiety from a devastating automobile accident with an eighteen-wheeler that nearly cost him his life. The accident left him struggling with speech, sleep, and overwhelming anxiety, and it was difficult for both of us to see a way forward.

Since beginning therapy with Erin, we’ve seen an incredible transformation. She provided him with the tools and techniques to manage stress and regain a sense of normalcy in his daily life. Thanks to Erin’s guidance, he has returned to work and is thriving in ways we never thought possible. Even more remarkable, she has helped him work through past experiences that were also weighing him down.

The changes in my husband have been nothing short of extraordinary, and they’ve improved both of our lives immensely. Erin’s care, compassion, and expertise have truly been life-changing. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate counselor.

When I first came to Erin, I felt stuck in patterns that were holding me back and couldn’t see a way forward. Anxiety, old wounds, and self-doubt had become a part of my everyday life.

Working with Erin has been nothing short of transformative. She helped me uncover strengths I didn’t know I had and gave me tools I now use every single day. With her support, I’ve made changes that once felt impossible — and I truly feel like a completely new person.

For the first time in years, I feel hopeful, confident, and excited about my future. Erin’s compassion and expertise have changed my life, and I cannot recommend her enough.

As a parent, nothing is harder than watching your child struggle. Before working with Erin, our child was weighed down by anxiety and depression, and it broke our hearts to see their spark fading. We didn’t know how to help or where to turn.

From the very first session, Erin created a safe and welcoming space where our child felt truly heard. Over time, we’ve seen incredible changes — less anxiety, fewer dark days, and a genuine return of joy. Our child is smiling again, engaging with life, and discovering confidence we weren’t sure we’d ever see.

Erin hasn’t just helped our child — she’s given our entire family hope and relief. We are so grateful for the light she’s brought back into our child’s life.
